Forms and Procedures
Parents/ carers will be given a Welcome Pack upon arrival. This is to provide us with all the necessary information on each child such as:
Emergency contact details
Allergies and food preferences
If we are required to administer medication to your child we will need to know in advance so that the appropriate forms can be completed. All medication must be provided with a doctors prescription label indicating the dosage required. Parents/carers and staff will need to sign the form when the medication has been administered.
623 has many policies and procedures in place. These cover all aspects of the club including health and safety, child protection and safeguarding children. They are updated each year so they adhere fully to Ofsted regulations. Parents/carers are welcome to read these at anytime, please ask a member of staff and they will happily show you where they are located.
When you come to collect your child/children please press the button for access, a member of the 623 staff will then let you in. Parents/ carers are required to sign the register and write the time of collection to aid us with the billing process.
At 623 Club the safety of the children is paramount so your cooperation in following these procedures is much appreciated.
After School Session – £9.50 per child (£9 for 2nd child)
Transport from school £2.75 per child.
Holiday Club – £28 for full day (up to 6pm), £26 for a 2nd child.
Please note all costs are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
Invoices are provided at the start of every term and should be paid within 30 days.
Bookings and Cancellations
To ensure your child gets a place at 623 Club please give as much notice as possible for bookings. As staff ratios need to be met at all times and transport places are limited , at least one weeks notice for bookings is preferred. However we understand that because of varying circumstances it is not always possible to give this much notice. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but please note that less than 24 hours notice may result in there being no places available.
Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice.
Unfortunately we will have to charge for cancellations made under this time. In the event of illness or severe weather there will be no charge but we require notification as soon as possible.
